Safe-Guard Equi-bits is an equine dewormer for the control of large strongyles (Strongylus edentatus, S. equinus, S. vulgaris, Triodontophorus spp.), small strongyles (Cyathostomum spp., Cylicocyclus spp., Cylicostephanus spp.), pinworms (Oxyuris equi), and ascarids (Parascaris equorum). It's easy to give, even to weanlings, yearlings on food, or hard-to-paste or hard-to-catch horses; just sprinkle the alfalfa-based pellets over daily feed. It is also safe for stallions and pregnant mares to consume. One bag of Safe-Guard Equi-Bits will treat a 1,250 lb horse.
